non-case-sensitive links

What I think would be a nice feature would be to have non-case-sensitive link creation. Many sites on the web don't care if you type the address in upper or lower case letters. I find sometimes I am creating links to the same page where the firsst letter grammaticaly is both upper and lower case. So then I have to remember which version I created first and which I need to create an alias for. It would be cool to type the page either way and have both link to (for example) the fully lowercase version of the page name. Maybe have a config switch that defaults to converting page names to lowercase. This is. I believe, how dokuwiki works with its links.
