"Fragment-only links render with annoying 'hash'" (#) by default. Example:

Glossary sections #A, #B, …

'A' terms

'B' terms

How is that a bug? How would you expect them to look like?

Preference issue yes, bug no.

I'd kinda expect to see 'A', 'B'..., not '#A', '#B'.

On the one hand, the default (with '#') provides a visual clue that the target is on the same page… AND and second thought, you're right, I like it the way it is
